To submit your work, here is the procedure:

Submit a couple of images of the work you wish to submit. Image formats accepted will include slides and high-quality digital images.

Any digital submissions should follow these guidelines: images should be JPEG file formats with a 300 dpi resolution and size no greater than 2500 pixels in width. JPEG files should be clearly labeled and correspond to a separate image list.

Include a letter about yourself, Image list and a statement about your art in .pdf or .doc file format.

If sending slides please provide a self addressed stamped envelope for the return of your material.

We attempt to run an open door policy, believing as we dothat there is an artist in all of us. Our artists vary widely in terms of their age, education and experience; there is no absolute requirement.

If your work is selected, you will need to arrange delivery to PRSC HQ.

All of our works are on consignment from the artist, and are not insured whilst in our possession. while every care will be taken, we cannot be responsible for loss or damage..

If we accept your work for the PRSCBAY Auction site, you will need to provide a professional quality image for each work we accept.
