Every time a piece of work with PRSC certification is re-sold for more than £1,000, both buyer and seller covenant to return 10% of the sale price to PRSC to fund the work of PRSC and to benefit Stokes Croft. Of this fee 50% of the fee will go to the artist, and 50% to PRSC, after administration expenses are deducted. By purchasing a piece of work through PRSC, the purchaser contracts to adhere to the code, and all future purchasers of any work also contract to adhere to this code.
